Maxi Zoo opens new store in Moje Bielany development
Warsaw, 24 July 2025 – CeMat A/S is pleased to announce the opening of a new Maxi Zoo store in the Moje Bielany residential development in Warsaw. The leading European pet supply retailer has now officially launched its 378-square-metre unit on the ground floor of the project, expanding the convenience offer available to residents and local visitors.
Maxi Zoo, part of the Fressnapf Group – Europe’s largest pet product retailer with over 2,500 stores across more than a dozen countries – continues to strengthen its presence in Poland. The new store in Moje Bielany offers a comprehensive range of pet food, accessories, and care products, addressing the needs of a rapidly growing consumer segment.
The opening of Maxi Zoo follows the launch of a Biedronka supermarket operated by Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A., making both brands key anchors within the commercial space of Moje Bielany. With 92% of the retail area now fully let and operational, the project is on track to deliver on its vision of providing everyday services in a convenient, pedestrian-friendly setting.
The commercial component of Moje Bielany is scheduled to be placed on the investment market in the first half of 2026, with its strong tenant line-up expected to be a major driver of investor interest.
