Restaurant Fantazja will complement the retail and service offering of the Moje Bielany residential development, reinforcing the project’s local, neighbourhood character.
The new tenant has leased a 128 sqm retail unit with an outdoor dining area, with the opening planned for early August 2026.
The restaurant will offer modern international and local cuisine, enriched with selected influences from around the world. It will feature an elegant, minimalist interior, including a classic dining room and an intimate grill bar.
“This part of Bielany will gain a new, distinctive place – offering good food, a space to meet, and an atmosphere that will bring more life to the neighbourhood. The retail and service offer at Moje Bielany already includes Biedronka and Maxi Zoo stores, and 100% of the retail space in the retail ground floor is leased under long-term agreements.
