CeMat A/S has signed an agreement with FineTech Construction (FTC) for the general construction of Moje Bielany 3 – the next building within the Moje Bielany residential development in Warsaw’s Bielany district.
The development will comprise 127 apartments, three ground-floor retail and service units, and an underground car park. The total usable residential and commercial area will amount to approximately 6,300 sq m.
FTC was also responsible for the construction of the first Moje Bielany building. The contract for Moje Bielany 3 is based on a fixed-price arrangement, significantly limiting the risk of rising construction costs. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the contractor having 20 months to complete and hand over the building.
