We consistently build value through the development of modern residential projects in Warsaw. We are expanding the Moje Bielany residential concept — a multi-phase development that will deliver high-standard apartments in a convenient location to the Warsaw market.
The first stage of the Moje Bielany development in Warsaw, comprising 105 comfortable apartments, has already been completed and has attracted considerable interest. Further stages – Moje Bielany 2 and Moje Bielany 3 – are currently in preparation.

By 2028, CeMat A/S plans to deliver 235-238 apartments to the market within Moje Bielany 3 and Moje Bielany 2 residential developments.
Moje Bielany 3, located on Arkuszowa Street in Warsaw’s Bielany district, will offer 127 apartments and 4 commercial units on the ground floor. Residents will have access to 140 parking spaces. The building’s total area will reach 6,427 sqm. Construction is set to launch in 2026.
