The Moje Bielany residential project in Warsaw has officially received its occupancy permit, and the handover of apartments to owners has begun. The sale of apartments is nearly complete, with 87 per cent of the available units already sold.
“We have completed the project on schedule. Today, we are proud to hand over the keys to the first residents, who have already started their apartment handovers. Moje Bielany stands as a symbol of CeMat A/S quality, reflecting our commitment to creating friendly, modern, and environmentally conscious living spaces,” says Jarosław Lipiński, CEO of CeMat A/S.
Moje Bielany is a modern seven-storey residential building, offering 105 apartments ranging in size from 26 to 81 sqm, along with nine retail and service units on the ground floor, including a Biedronka grocery store. The project features a Scandinavian style inspired by Danish residential architecture, combining contemporary design with a focus on environmental sustainability.
The project is located in the rapidly developing Bielany district, providing convenient access to local services and excellent transport links to Warsaw city centre. The project was financed by mBank, with redNet24 responsible for sales. FineTech Construction served as the general contractor, and the building was designed by the architectural studio Grupa 5 Architekci.
