CeMat A/S signs lease agreement with Maxi Zoo for retail space in Moje Bielany development
Warsaw, 24 July 2025 – CeMat A/S is pleased to announce the signing of a lease agreement with Maxi Zoo, a leading European pet supply retailer. The company will occupy 378 square metres of retail space on the ground floor of the Moje Bielany residential development in Warsaw.
Maxi Zoo is part of the Fressnapf Group – the largest pet product retailer in Europe – and operates over 2,500 stores in more than a dozen countries, including a fast-growing network in Poland. The new store will offer a wide range of food, accessories and care products for pets, adding significant value to the commercial offer of Moje Bielany and responding to the growing demand in the pet retail sector, which is considered one of the most dynamic consumer markets in Poland.
Following the earlier agreement signed with Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A., operator of Biedronka, Maxi Zoo is the second major retail tenant in the project. With this transaction, 92% of the ground-floor commercial area – totalling 1,280 sqm – is now leased.
The commercial component of Moje Bielany is planned for sale in the first half of 2026 as an investment product. The lease agreements with strong and recognisable brands form a solid basis for the upcoming transaction.
